Depending on the type of poultry, newly hatched chicks have different nutritional requirements. For this reason, we have developed specific starter and rearing feeds for the first weeks of life of large poultry, waterfowl, broilers, and turkeys, each tailored to their particular needs.
Starter feed for waterfowl chicks
For waterfowl such as goslings and ducklings, we recommend Mifuma Wassergeflügel Aufzucht WA from the 1st to the 6th week of life. It is designed to support the rapid growth of young waterfowl. This complete starter feed provides all essential nutrients for bone development and body growth. It is pressed into small 2.2 mm pellets, making it easy for young birds to consume.
Energy rich feed for turkeys
For the first growth phase of turkeys, Mifuma Puten Starter PS has been specially developed. It contains a coccidiostat and provides a high level of energy and protein to support growth during the first six weeks. From the 7th week onwards, we recommend switching to Puten Aufzucht + Mast PAM.
Special starter feed for broiler chicks
Broiler chicks also receive the right support. Hähnchen Starter + Aufzucht HSA supplies fast growing poultry with all essential vitamins, nutrients, and minerals required for development. It supports body growth and meat formation without promoting excessive fat deposition. The feed also contains a coccidiostat for protection.
