For the species-appropriate feeding of your horses, in addition to always available, clean drinking water, an adequate amount of high-quality roughage such as hay, haylage, and straw is the most important. We recommend a minimum offer of 1.2 – 1.5 kg per 100 kg of body weight to ensure both the health and well-being of your horses.
The basic roughage ration is then completed with a Mifuma horse muesli or pellets and, if necessary, with additional supplementary feeds such as mineral feed. The choice of feed and the amount to be used are determined by the needs of your horses. This results from the need for pure maintenance and the requirements for performance.
